Solo latin course is not only special course for ladies without dance partners, but a training which combines dancing and aerobic exercises. You will not only study to move in Latin rhythms (samba, cha-cha-cha, rumba, paso doble, jive), but also improve posture, waist and arms muscles. Will feel yourself more comfortable on high heels as well.
